Applicants for an online gambling license from the government of Antigua and Barbuda must pay a $10,000 application fee and an annual license fee of $75,000. Just the size of the fees gives a license from Antigua and Barbuda a little more credibility than a license from some other jurisdictions. Gibraltar has been licensing and regulating online casinos
since 1998. Their regulation seems to be a little more strict
than that provided by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, but they
don't cost as much. Software testing is a requirement for a
license from the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which is
something Kahnawake doesn't seem to require. And the annual fee
from Gibraltar is only £2000 a year. Notable casinos licensed by
Gibraltar include Party Casino and Mansion Casino.
